Netkeep
Web app, works offline, reseller bookkeeping
Launching first Working name
See what you actually made on every sale, from the reports you already download.
Where it stands
Feature-complete for a first beta. Right now the report importers are being checked against real exports. After that it needs its production signing key and a proper read of the privacy and terms pages.
Netkeep reads the sales reports you already download from eBay, Etsy and Poshmark and works out what each sale really made after fees, shipping labels, refunds and what you paid for the thing. It tracks cost per item and per lot, expenses and mileage, and builds a year-end package you can hand to whoever does your taxes. It runs in your browser, works offline, and never asks for a marketplace login or a bank login.
Who it's for
Part-time resellers on eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari and Facebook Marketplace who buy at thrift stores, estate sales and in mixed lots, and whose numbers currently live in a spreadsheet, a notes app or nowhere. It's not built for businesses with employees, sales-tax filing or accrual accounting.
What it does
- Imports the eBay Orders and Transaction reports, the Etsy Orders, Order Items and monthly statement files, and the Poshmark Sales Report. Any other CSV goes through a column matcher once, and Netkeep remembers it.
- Overlapping eBay downloads never double count.
- Buyer names, usernames, emails, phone numbers and addresses are left out before anything is saved.
- Marketplace fees from your reports, or dated, editable estimates when a report has none. Sales tax the marketplace collected stays on its own line.
- Cost per item and per lot: split a haul evenly, by estimated value or by your own numbers. Add a purchase at the store in three taps, with a receipt photo (location data removed).
- Per-sale profit after fees, labels, refunds and cost, with sales matched to items by SKU.
- Expenses by category and a mileage log. A trip missing its business purpose is flagged, never refused.
- A year-end package for your tax preparer: profit and loss, a Schedule C Part III cost-of-goods worksheet, the mileage log and an expense summary, printable and as CSV files.
- Backup with receipt photos, a restore that never overwrites newer records, spreadsheet exports and delete everything.

Questions
- Do I have to connect my eBay or Etsy account?
- No. Netkeep reads the report files you download yourself. It never asks for a marketplace login or a bank login.
- Is this tax software?
- No. Netkeep organizes your records for your tax preparer. It isn't tax advice and it doesn't file anything.
- Where is my data?
- In your browser's storage, on your device. There's no account and no server that receives your records. Back it up to a file whenever you like.
Organizer for your tax preparer. Not tax advice.
