Every product on this site is in development and not yet available. Descriptions, features, platforms and plans can change before release. Where a product is open source, its license governs your use of that code and takes priority over these terms.

Purchases
Nothing is sold on this site yet. Before anything is, these terms will name the payment provider and its terms of sale, including refunds, and each product page will show its price.
Waitlists
Joining a waitlist does not reserve a product, promise a price or promise a release date. You get one email when the product launches, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
Site content
The text, logo and images on this site belong to the operator. The press kit explains how writers may use the logo. Names of other companies and products belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility; Lanternwright is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless a page says so.
No warranty
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Nothing here takes away the protection of mandatory consumer laws where you live.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Changes are posted here with a new last-updated date and apply from then on.
